What a lovely place to go for a massage. As soon as you get there you are greeted with a smile and a huge welcome. Whilst you're filling out the medical details you have a glass of fresh juice and water. The massage itself was amazing and Lay makes sure she's not using too much pressure for you. She targets all the areas you need in a very professional manner. Making you feel very relaxed and even though there is an element of pain involved as she gets deep into your muscles you know that you will feel so much better afterwards. Will definitely be returning for more sessions

My first visit
The best massage I've ever had. Was welcomed with a glass of fresh orange juice while I filled in an information form. They took into account all the information to tailor the massage to my needs. Even showed me exercises to help my back pain. Will definetly be going again. Thank you ladies.
Always a lovely welcome. Beautiful comfortable surroundings. Had massages in various places and countries but this has to be the best for me. Lay has helped me by relieving pain in different parts of my body as well as making me feel totally relaxed. I look forward to my weekly visit and would recommend her to everyone of all ages.

Greeted with fresh orange juice and water on a tray with beautiful orchids, this lovely experience in the middle of Haverfordwest contained the essential elements of a traditional Thai massage Lei certainly gave me what I asked for. I was well manipulated and came out feeling refreshed and relaxed at the same time. I will be back.
